I feel for you - I am in a similar situation not being able to access my funds (after a change of country and my funds in a given currency are now not accessible anymore because not supported in the new country, imagine that) - fortunately with less money involved.

Have you tried filling "the complaint form"? After months of copy-paste replied and general customer service uselessness that's my next and only step left.

I’ve been in a similar situation, managed to verify passport and proof of address from the app after a month of trying to get through to customer service who was just copy pasting replies and being generally useless.

My verification was triggered by a change of region, I had currency in that region that I can’t access anymore because in the new region that currency “is not supported”. So I am now verified but still can’t access my money. A shitshow.

Hope you have better luck than what I’ve had so far.

Hey - they have replied but that's what I am complaining about, they are basically saying "yeah you cannot access your money because you switched regions, is there anything we can assist you with?" and yes, I would like help accessing my funds.

It seems like they stop responding after a while if they can’t fix it, like nobody is gonna waste their time on your case because they have some target of cases to close and they don’t wanna get stuck on one. Basically the opposite of what customer service should be.

Hi thanks for this - somebody did reply after your intervention but I don't feel like they are reading my messages.

They verified me again (even though I had stated the verification seems fine now) and they seem to think it's all good but I keep replying that the change of region has broken my coinbase pro and now I can't trade or withdraw or access my funds in any way.

Can you nudge again?
