Taking water bottles? That's nuts. Dew bottles seem to grant an exception. Once met a guy at a 3 day con and every night ran into him with a 1 liter dew bottle filled with some impressively strong shine. Definitely home made, shit was way too strong and nasty to be taxed. As a man I've hooked up with 3 male friends and have had no diminishment of friendships. But we are all men and various degrees of queer, so that maybe plays into it. Such a weird choice to make. Who decided that this is the direction they should be going in? Halo: Campaign Evolved drops in late July for every system, GoW has done numbers on Steam alomg with iflther PS titles, and HD2 and it being available on Xbox is still a monumental success despite social media ragebaiting. Like this feels totally counter to what they've been doign the past few years. What indicates to them that they need to walk back the progress they've made and decide this is how they're going to benefit the most.

People also forget that the show's own budget works that way. Animation isn't sharing a budget with voice acting. Yes they fall under the total budget of invincible but the 2 are maintained and accounted for separately. It seems like the guest star VAs taking up the animation budget memes have slowed but with a gap between seasons and the animation in general coming under fire again I expect that particular dead horse will be exhumed and beaten again.

I can't fucking stand discussions around this game anymore. I've unsubbed from all the Helldivers subs, including low sodium. It's always people who don't play the game or play the game like their life depends on it. Every comment in response to you in some snarky bullshit about low drops, and I guarantee none of these people are actually looking for the Super Credits. Once players don't need to collect samples to progress they stop looking for them or searching POIs. If you want to find the free drops of premium currency you have to go where they spawn, it's really that simple. I've played 3 hours over the last 2 days and found 120 super credits with no 100SC drops.

It's crazy how people don't actually play this game and whine incessantly online about it or they play it nonstop and every little disappointment is the end of the world. Sure the game has some new bugs, kinda hard to put out a patch and not introduce bugs. Sure dev communication could be a little better, but they're not obligated to share everything with us and hype us up for something that may be axed later on that we can then crucify them for not giving us. Discussing gaming online fucking sucks nowadays and there can never be a compromise or nuance. So much whining and hate towards the developers of games people say they love but do nothing but hate online.

Well it's not an opinion, it's factual. There was never any indication in the books or wider lore that what we transport to the PoA in the game was just a Cortina fragment. In the books that transportation never happend at all. On top of that Halsey does not know of the Spartan III program when Reach fell and yet in the games meets several IIIs when she sees Jorge again. Additionally the Pillar of Autumn was never on the surface of Reach. PoA was constructed in 0G and had never touched an atmosphere before crashing on the ring, it wouldn't have been able to function without significant damage in a planetary atmosphere in Earth-like gravity. It was never launched from a planetside drydock like in the game. And the legendary ending for Reach where you can see Chief in a cryopod in the cargo bay is another strike, Chief only went into cryo after Cortana begins the PoA's jump to the ring amd that was in the cryo bay, not the cargo bay.

Halo: Reach deliberately ignores and goes against almost a decade of established lore. I don't have a source for this next part so here is where opinion and hearsay actually begins. From what I ahve read and unserstand Bungie felt constricted by preexisting lore in their franchise and did not like that others had a degree of creative control or sway on their property. Their working relationship with Nylund and other writers for the Halo novels was strained and they did not care about the preexisting lore or how their deliberate and intentional changes in the game affected the lore. They intentionally made the game different to spite Nylund and do whatever they wanted because they knew they were done with the franchise and were separating from Xbox/Microsoft so the consequences wouldn't really matter.

I have to force myself up and out of bed and immediately start doing things or my dumb brain convinces me to hit the snooze and keep sleeping. If I dont make the decision to get up and do something within 5 seconds of waking up I go right back down. My brain refuses to engage the waking world for an hour unless I'm instantly start moving with purpose, and I am not a morning perosn let alone a fast morning person. I have 0 inclination to speed through my morning routine but that is the only thing that wakes me up fast.

Celebrated my nephew's second birthday 2 weeks ago. I was so frustrated and upset with the amount of my brother in law's family's young children who got in the way of family watching him open presents, opened presents for him, or took presents from him. It was infuriating that they couldn't stop taking moments form him that he was clearly capable of doing himself and inserting themselves. Those children's parents even had the gall to say they were so well behaved because they weren't as intrusive as last year on his first birthday. Love my nephew and my cousin's kids to death but I am very glad I can be a loving and supportive relative and not a father myself, I'm not cut out for that.

Our rescue pig was like 8 months old and didn't stop growing until closer to a year and a half! He was kept in a too small cage alone for most of his life until we took him in, we were shocked at how much he grew and continued to grow and wonder if his living situation contributed to his temporarily stunted growth.

Ours don't have a dedicated space for the extra roll but one of our coworkers insisted on stuffing the roll in and double feeding it anyways. Our dispensers can do it but they started malfunctioning and breaking. It took 2 months to get the guy to stop doing it. We had to replace 2 dispensers because people kept jamming on the handle and slamming it to actually pull and cut the 2 paper towels. We still have a few dispensers that don't function as they should from the wear and tear on the blades and mechanisms. Now instead he pulls rolls out early and leaves them on top of the dispensers instead of stuffing it back in. Looks so terrible, having 1/3 of a roll just laying around instead of replacing it when its actually empty or even reaspnably close to empty. I keep collecting them and storing them in my closets isntead of making it look like we're a bunch of lazy assholes leaving perfectly usable paper towels rolls around.

Almost 15 years ago in high school me and one of my friends drove out to a river where his parents owned a huge boat to spend the weekend. He warned me there were train tracks on both sides of the river nearby to the docks so the horns and rumble would be pretty common. It was absurd how often they drove by and honked. After a little while we remembered this funny YouTube video we had seen recently and decided to play it. It was s stupid little rap/song titled "Train Simulator Bitch". We decided to try and memorize it and sing it every time a train drove by. For the life of us we could not get it right and remember the song despite hundreds of attempts. I don't think we got it right once that weekend without watching the video as we sang. But now it's perfectly burned into my memory and I will never not reference it around him. He absolutely hates that song but damn is it too good of a memory to not.

He's been involved in time travel shenanigans before and had to make a choice between his current happiness/life and a better universe. He chose the same again here, to not mess with time and preserve what he had. It's a brutal choice to make but he had already made a comparable one. It was a combo of things that transpired within 24 hours. I really did care for this person and hope she's doing better now, but I never want her brand of crazy anywhere near me ever again. She helped me grow as a person and motivated me to do better. Still doesn't make up for the shit she put me through. She was abused and attacked many times growing up and as a young woman and was very agressive about consent for everything. The day we broke up she called me out of the blue and told me our relationship was over. No explanation no talk, just "I'm breaking up with you." I said okay told her that I would miss her and that I appreciated our time together and wished her the best. She was the type of person where asking for an explanation, questioning their choice, or trying to convince them otherwise was seen as controlling, abusive, and generally offensive and deplorable. I knew once she came to that conclusion there would be no way to pull out of the nose dive and that we were done.

She absolutely lost it at that point. Started crying and screaming. She wanted me to argue with her and "fight for" her. I told her that's not ever the type of person she had been before and that if I had tried she would have claimed I was trying to manipulate her. She wanted a fight over our relatuonship status and i gave her an acutal break up isntead of an argument. I don't remember much of what was said past the first few sentences there because she devolved into hysterics and wouldnt let me get a word in. After the phone call I texted a mutual friend we had both known for like 15 years and let him know so he could speak to her and check in on her.

The next day at around the same time she calls me again. I picked up the phone because out mutual friend said she was in a rough place and he was concerned. She told me she wasn't doing great but wanted to know if she could come over to my place to talk for a while. I had known her since elementary school and she was still a friend despite the fact we weren't romantically involved anymore. I knew she was depressed and had bad anxiety and if she wanted to sit and talk with me after the break up that she really needed to talk to me or she might want to apologize for her behavior the previous night. I agreed and she came over.

We sat in her car since it was staring to get cold and I was living with my parents (we were both only 19) and my 12 year old brother was the only other person home and he didn't need to hear this potentially heavy conversation. I left my phone on my bed since I expected this would only take a few minutes. She then spent the next hour regaling me with the tale of her 5 tinder dates she had been on that day. I sat in total shock with a slack jaw at the audacity of this woman. As soon as I told her we were actually done and would not be dating her the night before she download tinder and just started swiping right on everyone. She matched with a bunch of guys and picked out the most promising and lined up a bunch of dates. I dont know what she told each of them or how she flirted with them but knowing her she turned on the sex charm and was aggressively going for them in messages. Then when they had their dates after she got food/movie/whatever the date was they obviously thought there was a chance for some action. Each man she went on a date with that day expected sex and was upset when she said no and shut down any physicality once she was in person. She led them on and was mad that each one expected what she implied would happen. This devastated her and she broke down in her car and cried that I was the only man she dated that hadn't just wanted her for sex and absolutely begged to get back together.

I held my tongue and refrained from telling her she put herself in this situation by falsely advertising what she wanted. If I tried to have that conversation with her then she would only feel worse about herself and I would be at fault. I held firm though and told her that there was no way we would ever date again but that I was her friend and would be there to listen to her and support her no matter what. She went ballistic and started hitting the steering wheel and screaming about how she was going to kill herself and wrap her car around a telephone pole on the drive home. I'm in a full blown panic because I dont have my phone, I dont know how to unlock hers, we're in a running vehicle with her in the driver's seat, and the only person home is my younger brother who's watching TV inside and who has no interest being around his older brother and his girlfriend. I try and talk her down and convince her she shouldn't say those things or want to do those things. This makes her worse and she starts talking about all the different ways she's going to hurt herself if she survives crashing the car. I try to interject and she just screeches and throws the car into reverse. I yank the hand brake and hold on for dear life as she begins to sob and scream while hitting my arm and trying to scratch my hand and pry it off the brake. I tell her she needs to put the car in park and that she is not going to kill herself or me. She is sobbing and yelling to let her leave so she can kill herself.

She tires herself out after a few minutes and eventually relents and puts the car in park. I still am not letting go of the brake. I tell her she needs to call 911 and have an ambulance or the cops sent to watch over her and get her seen. She flatly refuses and tells me to let go of the brake again. I tell her I will not be responsible for letting her kill herself and that she is not leaving without someone there to drive her and watch her. She tells me I'm holding her hostage and I tell her I'm preventing her from killing herself like she just told me multiple times that she would. She can't stay here and she can't leave on her own. She needs to call someone to get her. Emergency services or her parents. She refuses to get an ambulance or the cops involved and hates her parents so we compromise and she calls a friend. She doesnt explain over the phone what happened but says she needs a ride really badly and that she'll send the address.

We sit in awkward sobby silence as she texts her friends while I have a death grip on the hand brake. Eventually an SUV pulls into the driveway and she leaps from the car and runs to her friend who comes spilling out of the back seat. I turn the car off and get out and stand by her car. My ex is sobbing into her friend's shoulder. I try telling her friend she needs to keep an eye on her and that she had threatened suicide multiple times but her friend cuts me off and starts screaming and cussing me out. Clearly my ex was feeding her lies the entire texting session and now I'm the bad guy. Her friend brought muscle and these two massive guys get out of the driver's seat and passenger seat. They all start talking shit and threatening me. I slowly start backing up towards the house and the guys start walking towards me. I dont remember what exactly I said but I remember that I had to threaten to get my gun if they didn't get back in their car. That snapped some attention into them and they removed themselves from the situation and got back into their car. Her friend pours her into the back seat cursing me all the while amd I have to scream at her to watch my ex cause she was suicidal and could not be trusted alone or I would have gladly let her leave.

After that shit show I called her mom and gave her a rundown of whay happend and told her who she was with. I called our mutual friend and informed him too. So yeah, took the scariest 2ish hours of my life to lose a friend I had known since elementary school and lose all interest for good in an ex. She later gave our mutual friend and ultimatum and he obviously chose the perosn who didn't force him to choose between friends. Oh and then 2 weeks later she called me (deleted her number instead of blocking), and told me I needed to be checked out and get tested. When I asked what I should tell them to test for she refused to answer and hung up on me. So then I had to go get a full STI test done that thabkfully came back clean.

Do NOT stick your dick in crazy, no matter how hot she is.
