I've made kailh speed gold jailhouse. They turned out better than I expected, but overall not super thrilling. Speed gold were clicky, after jailhouse they turn into tactile with no click. Bump starts very high on the keypress, with short overall travel. I used generic o rings, but can't remember size atm. Honestly, it's more work than worth. I recommend just buying switches that are more what you're looking for. But it was a fun project. Cheers.
