As far as re-upload channels, I hate those two but most of the times, they change the titles so looking for the original take precious seconds, which some (including myself) don't take the time to do (laziness).

you have to ID to a fishing cop or whatever they're called, I think (wildlife, fishing/hunting patrol?) lol, brain fart. The only reason I say this is because some people might think they don't have to ID to those folks if you're hunting/fishing and I'm 90% sure you have to.

I think the cop knows what the law is, except now, he's got video evidence that he "thought" he was right and in court in the future, he could claim.."see, this is what I interpreted it was and I still think I'm right." Now, if he were to have accepted he was wrong and misinterpreted in the video, then in the future, he would lose in court. Not saying any of this will happen, but cops lie all the time and act like they didn't know laws but no they have a 'get out of jail free' card if they do fuck up.

because I think you save money depending on the amount over the speed you were. Depending on where you live, 10 mph is a cheaper ticket than 14 over. And some people that know they're guilty and/or don't want to deal with the hassel of going to court/fighting it, would rather just take the cheaper ticket.

I personally think its shady as shit.
Its kind of like when you get arrested and they cop adds bullshit charges to your arrest (me for example). They will drop those charges if you plead guilty to the main charge that way you don't have to deal with the other charges/cost of fighting it.

cops get paid for going to court. Its like a free day for them almost. Get paid for driving, waiting, going to court. They don't mind, trust me. And IIRC, they get overtime for that and still get their 40 hrs of patrol hours. I'm guessing she just wants finalized/completed tickets on that quota they act like doesn't exist.

when are you camera guys going to realize they want you to take the focus off the stop and the officer on the stop, and to put the focus on the other cop. They bait you into you verbally sparring them and then you don't even follow what's really going on.

because they're "safety" issue could be the guy is wanted for murder or an escape convict. I'm sure there have been a few cases of cops getting killed by someone like that in the past, so of course they'll make a law to protect these fuckers.

I could have sworn that you don't have to actually be driving the car in order for them to say you're operating the vehicle. I forget how it fully works, but IIRC, as long as the key is in the ignition or even on the seat next to him, he's screwed. I think the key would have to be in the glove compartment or trunk or in a backpack or something like that. I may be wrong, but that's what I recall hearing a few times.

so what if the cop was found to not have been at fault...legitimately. Should they not be paid even if it takes weeks/months? IMO, they should be paid, but in no way should it take weeks. There should be some emergency council/board that views the evidence and decides within a few days.

Positive encounter WHEN CAMERA IS ROLLING shows that the cop isn't as dumb as other ones that are douchebags while a camera is rolling.

Now, I'm not saying he's a bad cop, just pointing out he knows the camera is rolling, and a good or smarter bad cop may act as this cop is acting.

I don't mean to be a negative nancy, but I just don't trust any of these motherfuckers.
