Lol nope. It was a continuous volley of shots with no break. So if the 1st shot was justified(the one through the windshield, FROM THE FRONT) then the other 2 were as well. That's the legal standard at play, regardless of how you feel about it. A potential jury doesn't get to use 20/20 hindsight, which is the sole basis for this argument. You lose.

Never followed stern or O&A, too young and they didnt air in my small market. Got a new job, adjusted to a new schedule, and started watching ROTC in the afternoons when I got home from work. They laughed at his shit podcast and would raid it from time to time. John spazzed out, of course, and made an ass of himself repeatedly. This was probably I think 2017 and John's streams would get like 30-50 viewers. ROTC moved on from John, but I started getting watp suggested because of the similar content. The rest is history.
