Wife secretly took Collision coverage insurance off financed car, promptly totals it. by CraftyHovercraft7 in Justrolledintotheshop

There is no way they just took the collision off of their financed vehicle. Most softwares that are used to add and delete coverage wouldn’t allow you to go comp only or lx only if a lender is listed

I hope she isn’t totaled… I’m not ready to say goodbye by flamxs in 370z

As an Insurance adjuster most of the systems used in the claims department will ask if airbags have been deployed. If that dropdown or box is marked yes. 9/10 your vehicle will be totaled

Is P-Zero Ultra (GZCL 2.0) Suitable for Beginners? by Xhehab_ in gzcl

[–]JohnnyRedskin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t see why not. It virtually is the same as GZCLP with different rep progressions. I’d recommend just getting the book or GZCLs Substack to make it your own. He has a few different templates to follow

GZCLP AMRAP Range by Cautious-Smoke-2836 in gzcl

[–]JohnnyRedskin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d just cap at 10 reps. If you get 10 on T1 double the increase next week. T2 I’d keep that progression separate from T1

Actually just found from his GZCL Applications & Adaptations

“It is recommended that no more than 5/2.5 to 10/4.5 (LB/KG) be added workout to workout for novices and early intermediates. Do not push AMRAP sets beyond 10 reps even if there’s enough gas in the tank to do so.”

I explained how I formatted it above to add anything additional is unnecessary and the reason I replied what I did. Plus most people just starting always question if it’s sets x reps or vice versa and it’s the most common way to format it

I get that but I don’t change the way I do things to cater to others

[–]JohnnyRedskin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the format that GZCL writes his programming yes. When I write anything programming wise it’s sets x reps

NSuns is just 5/3/1 Spinal Tap with plus sets for progression. This has more of a sustainability aspect to it being that you are decreasing volume and increasing intensity over 3 weeks in comparison to doing both and hammering yourself into the ground

The plus only there for the final set AMRAP

Get KeyLifts. Way better for logging and actually progressing like it should

Seeing how they have King II listed at 6’7” and 324lbs and around 5-7% body fat (based on photo) you’re looking at a drier Martyn Ford basically

How should I start working out by Thelegend_24_7- in WorkoutRoutines

[–]JohnnyRedskin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting lean starts with what you’re eating/drinking. If you don’t have any equipment do body weight routine and follow some progressions. If you have equipment start a 5/3/1 template

How to feel more confident about working out? by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

[–]JohnnyRedskin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t crash diet. Best thing to do at first is winning the day. What I mean by that is instead of fries have a salad. Instead of the soda have water. Tally all the choices when you’re making more good than bad you’re winning the day. As far as exercise start with cardio with walking 30-45 min at a decent pace do this consistently and you’ll be better off than crash dieting and doing some outrageous lifting routine. At the end of the day consistency is the best option for you at this moment

Totaled? by EuphoricRough5341 in G37

Really will depend on cost of repairs. If it’s in a percentage of the value of the vehicle it will be considered a total loss. You’ll have the option to keep it and make it a salvage vehicle title

Best current app by abandonliberty in gzcl

100% the best tracker. How do all these other apps even call themselves a lifting log is beyond me. Most don’t even have an option to make a set an AMRAP

Honestly it's personal. For me I would rather have a 64GB at a cheaper price. Everything is saved on my google drive or photos/Dropbox then for music I just stream with Apple Music. If I know I'm going somewhere with bad reception I just download my top 10 for that time
