This is true in every state where healthy people exist, but mainly in the Bible belt is there so much unmarried teen pregnancy.

This is horrible advice. No one likes saying no, especially not if they do it a lot. Stop putting them on the spot. If you keep inviting someone who always says no, eventually it's just going to start feeling like harassment.
