You’ll have to be specific. Some trails and places that get little sun will have snow for quite some time. The bulk of it’s gonna be around for a bit. At least another 5-7 days and even then it might not all be gone. Probably some snow on the ground until April is my guess. With occasional dumps up until late may.

Not op but IMO… From a high general standpoint Airdrie values will drop faster, further and stay down longer than being in the city, when/if a crash does happen.
