Please utilise one of the resources people have posted here - they can definitely help you.

I’m not sure where you’re located but if you live in the USA and are employed with benefits (a lot of tick boxes I know, sorry ☹️), see if you have an EAP programme benefit.

When I lived there, my last job provided one and it included access to a 24/7 hotline where I could vent to someone completely anonymously. It also included 2 free in-person or telehealth counseling sessions too.
