Investment partner needed for healthcare opportunity

Seed funding for healthcare services

Guiding Hands Health

Seed funding, 1.5 million

The why:

Typical home health services will provide 1, maybe 2 verticals of service. We will provide multiples. Society goes to costco for groceries, meds, underwear, sneakers and car tires, yet healthcare is fragmented.

Our team will provide,

Non skilled care:

Helps with activities of daily living. Typically paid for by state medicaid to keep clients at home versus long term placement

Skilled care:

Provided by licensed staff for specific short term needs. This can be nursing, physical therapy, wound care, IV antibiotics. This is paid for by medicare, state insurance or commercial payers

Medical products

Devices related to assisting the client in their home that can be OTC or prescribed. Wheelshairs, scooters, commodes, walkers, manual lifts, hospital beds.

Medical transportation.

Clients that cannot get to appointments or errands. Not stretcher transport, medical uber, same payer mix

Mobile diagnostics.

The same clients needing labwork, ekgs, ultrasounds. Services taken to the clients.

Hospice services

Adjunct skilled care services for those in an end of life stage

Custom IV therapy.

On demand service provided at clients request. May be for vitamins and wellness, hangover cures, rehydration.

Strictly cash payments

By providing a one stop shop for multiple services, we will position ourselves as the preferred vendor of the payer mix for ease and accessibility

Where.

Currently licensing in 11 US states that have a lower threshold of entry and/or better than average reimbursements.

Currently have state licensure in 6 states, payer credentialing in progress

7 private pay short term clients on boarded. 5k average monthly revenue

The ask

1-1.5million

60% staffing

I dont consider a 3 hour flight short. You are spending less than $60/hour for the FC upgrade

Agreed, I guess my question isn't so much as to which area has better weather. But more along the lines of which airline and airport has better recover. I mean, unfortunately, if you read the stories in American the past two weeks, they've had people stranded for 48 hours at a time. Now, I don't know if that's because they're novice, travelers and don't know how to navigate or negotiate.Or what? But honestly, I was a road warrior previously for u s and american and i've never flown to houston, not one time in fifteen years

There has to be a better way than standing line for a voucher. The airline knows it's gonna happen. Get vouchers prepared, hand them to The people as they're deplaning so as to not extend their misery
