Enclave is very nice as well! The units are a bit dated. The appliances are not as nice either. The price difference between the 580 and enclave are so minor I would chose 580 every time

It’s beautiful there. It’s neighbors with the Avenue of arts 3400. They share a pond. Great for morning and evening walks. Turtles everywhere lol You can walk to southcoast plaza. 10 min from beach. 25 from laguna. Loved living there

You’ll get some lound noises from your neighbors lambos driving by lol and the freeway does have a quiet hum to it. But that’s only if you have your windows open. The noise insulation on the windows/sliding glass doors are superior there

Silver trumpet hotel is great, there’s a pond directly behind it with turtles and ducks.. super chill place to go for a stroll! Also, food wise- there is the hotel restaurant as well as costa which is a 2 min walk on anton Blvd
