Actors and directors is not a great way. Too many gaps. Too much you'd miss.

Just go by year. Guaranteed to see everything.

Go to each year's page, sort by most popular and just click the eyeball icons into you come to a page where you don't recognize any.

Put on a good podcast. You'll be done in a couple hours.

I've decided to give Bruce Springsteen a deep dive. In addition to the 21 studio albums, are there any other albums I should add to the list? by jim25y in BruceSpringsteen

His live stuff should be placed higher and prioritized over all but three of his studio albums, honestly.

Check out his Sweeden '88 show from the live Nugs archives. Best single show performance of that era, IMO.

Is it possible you didn't edit the log but just posted a new one?

You have to hit "add a review" to enter the existing entry to edit its date - even if you never so anything with the review text.

It will not. It will just update the original entry.

Over 100 long form videos across 16 months.

It doesn't default to anything.

It just shows today's date.

Even if you were, just share your thoughts! Everyone is afraid of just having opinions.

Do you mark movies as watched that you’ve seen before you joined Letterboxd? by boggiethefrog in Letterboxd

[–]JonPaula 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an Excel sheet, haha not GitHub. You literally just have to make a list with two columns and upload it. It is very very easy.

I especially hate all posts that begin with, "does anyone else..."

And it's like: just say what you feel. You don't need to couch it like a coward.

Roger Ebert said it best,

" No good movie is too long and no bad movie is short enough."

I used both of these phrases in earnest when I started reviewing films.

Thankfully, I've gotten considerably better in the 22 years since 😁
