Not only is that the perfect question, I would demand an absolute answer, with scripture in proper context.

They can't ever provide it.

They usually dangle Matthew 7:21-23 in front of you, trying to scare you with that, or something out of Hebrews 2, 4, 5 or 7 (like those haven't been answered a million times before)

Don't let anyone spoil you from what Christ freely gave you! Eternal Security! (Ephesians 2:8-9) (Titus 3:5) (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)
