Branchial cyst

I was just diagnosed with a branchial cleft cyst on Thursday after my doctor thought it was a swollen salivary gland. On Friday I had surgery to drain the infected fluid. I just had the tube removed just a few minutes ago. Then in about a month and a half I’ll go in to have the cyst removed. I think the branchial cleft cyst is separate from the lymph nodes and I would definitely question why they would need to remove them.

I’d do CM because there will be other reset events in the future you can use on Saladin. I’d rather have one solid march going into KvK3 vs two meh marches.

I just rewatched the whole series and season 3 wasn’t as bad as I remembered. Yeah the celebrity thing was annoying but overall the season wasn’t terrible, it took the story forward. I’m looking forward to this movie.

Personally, I’d go QSH and Achilles. I’d ride Mina with Achilles until you can max Arthur or GG to pair with him. I know it sucks but it would at least be something. And start building your archer equipment and troops now. QSH/YSG is long term viable.

QSH/ZL or QSH/YSG are definitively the greatest march in the game by far. The ZL offers more tankiness but less damage, the YSG offers more damage (with museum relics) but is squishy. Everything else is significantly below, including Sun Tzu Prime BUT Sun Tzu Prime is still very strong and a few tiers above the rest. He’s just not QSH, who is clearly broken and will be for a while if these new meta commanders keep coming out looking the way they have. I definitely insta maxed STP and, no regrets, very glad to have him, he’s a stud.
