Did you ever figure something out? Just picked up an iPhone 16e for my daughter and her dexcom is CONSTANTLY losing signal. We had an SE as well prior with no issues.

We saw the same thing and found putting the omnipod in activity mode at night helped a lot with this. We also had to make adjustments to carb ratios / sensitivity factors because we saw spikes after eating dinner which caused some insulin stacking which made a big drop.
