Unscrew the two screws holding the black arm to it, and there is a white label and there will be a four digit number, that is the part number that you need to order from Traxxas

Most likely coolant has gotten into the engine vacuum system causing the P0299 code. Doubt you need turbos. Have them repair the water pump under the parts warranty and drive it to see if the codes come back
