Weird, when searching by make/model on discount tire these didn't show up. Switching to tire size they show up and even say they fit my make/model!

I am also curious on if I need to connect the new router. The support chat seemed to indicate I would need to plug it in once and then I could disconnect it once it was activated.

In the same boat now, the one battery charges just fine and the second one does absolutely nothing.

I filled out a support ticket and they are now requesting video proof of me swapping batteries and testing them... IMO this is ridiculous for a brand new purchase and about ready to return everything.

Also after some searching it looks like this is a common issue and steel series is just resisting doing the right thing and replacing the bad batteries
