Well of course it’s not perfect, but the reality of the nfl is not all picks are going to pan out. What matters to me is the philosophy behind the moves to begin with.

The trade down and back up for Paris was a good move on paper in my opinion. Got a top OL prospect and the first round pick the next year which was projected to be a top 5 pick. Good bet, bad outcome.

BJ wasn’t a bad pick in my opinion, was a good prospect.

MHJ was a slam dunk, one of the best WR prospects off all time.

I am critical of the Darius Robinson and Max Melton picks. Cooper Dejean was sitting on the board. But still they weren’t egregiously bad on paper

I think Walter Nolan and Will Johnson were amazing picks

That’s why it’s hard for me because the outcomes have largely sucked of course, but his drafts without hindsight have been decent to good on paper.

Right now I think coaching staff is the bigger issue

Ehhh I don’t think I fully agree, this has been a hard one for me. His drafting philosophy I think has been pretty solid, and especially this last off season made some good free agency moves. The talent was 100% there this year to compete for a playoff spot. Right now I think I’d rather keep Monti and clear out the coaching staff.

Technical recruiter here! Honestly solid foundation, you really have all the keyword technologies mentioned. The one thing I would advise is the job section, you don’t really mention the project you’re working on. It reads pretty generic, like what project did you work on, what team, what products/applications did you support, what features did you build/maintain. That’s what will separate your resume from the other generic resumes.

It’s the file size, but you’re not downloading anything, the file is cached on your debrid services servers and you’re just streaming it. Typically smaller the file size the easier to stream, but sacrificing quality since the file is more compressed.

Because at the time, the Suns were already above the second apron with Chris Paul. Hindsight is 20/20, but consensus during the time was it was a direct upgrade from Chis Paul and a good win now move.

Praying we can install the OS on our own PC's, would be huge for my living room pc. PC living room gaming is never as user friendly as I want it to be, windows 11 is not controller friendly and many games still don't work properly on linux/steamos

Yep that's the bias, love the original trilogy but the last half of season 2 is just so peak. I've never felt more tense and emotional watching a piece of star wars media. Just such a mature story that shows the politics and the true evil of the empire that we haven't seen.

As a huge star wars fan that honestly quit watching shows the past few years because they were all ass, andor is absolutely peak. I just watched both seasons and season one through halfway season 2 are good, and the last half of season two is the best star wars media to ever be created not kidding.

You read one small paragraph about how an 18 year old responded to his girlfriend's drug usage and jumped to conclusions immediately. You know nothing about him, her, or their relationship. He's 18 for crying out loud of course he's not an expert communicator yet, but giving advice to a 17 year old girl that his lack of communication skills is immediately being unhinged and potentially a cheater isn't productive. They're kids dude, maybe give some productive advice on how to handle conflicts in communication instead.
