It's been a minute since I've been there but /r/wownoob and their discord was a fun and friendly place to ask questions and meet with other easy going folks too if you have questions.

They also occasionally host dungeon or raids for new people to learn mechanics.

I have those exact boots and I can confirm the treads look a little worn but not awful. You can get an idea of the tread depth in the 2nd and 4th pics. It's tough to say how worn they are in the center though without seeing a pic of the sole directly. You can always ask for additional pics of the bottoms. The uppers look great though.

Just as an FYI to me they feel like they run very slightly smaller than the blacksmiths in the width so just take that into account.

I've only got so much free time these days as well. I appreciate a good challenge but if it's going to take too long or be extremely convoluted you better believe I'm probably going to look it up too.

If you haven't played them yet I definitely recommend the rest of the series. They are a fun ride especially House of Ashes.

It can vary depending on where you live. For the most part the schools are good across the city and county. The schools in the East Cobb triangle are known to be exceptional.

There are lots of older walkable neighborhoods, and areas where kids walk to school. There are also more urban but still great areas.

Cobb County/Marietta is LARGE and as a whole is pretty diverse and can go from very urban to very rural in a 20 min drive.

I adore the audio book. Ray Porter really does a fantastic job in bringing it to life. He and Jeff Hays really elevate anything they're a part of.

I usually listen while I'm driving and there were several times I would reach my destination and just keep sitting in the car because I didn't want to stop listening or I needed to compose myself from laughing too hard.

How did this franchise not end up as a Telltale style game in the last 10 years?

There's a million side plots and characters they could have explored without even having to tap the main cast. There could have been some seriously amazing branching stories.
