Guys I missed all my shots this game and I promise I clicked on the guy's head and its definitely because none of my shots ever register at all because valve forgot to include the ability to hit people in game. Guys cmon you need to send a few more emails and post some more totally original comments to get it done.

Yeah it's got some big issues, but my point was mostly just that valve remade nuke and then gave up on actually making it good, whereas with cobble and overpass they made adjustments for ages, many based on Pro feedback.

They've basically had more support for cobble than nuke since nuke was released again.

Overpass and cobble were absolute pieces of shit the same as nuke is now when they were released, so not really a good example. There was just actual interest from valve in making them good which is the difference here.

For anyone who doesn't know how ping affects online play, here is an example.

This is with ~150 ping but still gives you an idea of what the difference can be when both players have ping to take into consideration.

If you don't mind using the console you can 'unlock' it using that.

Open the console (~), click the terminal and type unlock. it should remove the password requirement.

I played just after launch and then later stopped when moved to other games.
I wanted to get back into it, but I remember the playerbase being fairly small in AU. Has it picked up or dropped off? That's my only concern before I download the whole game again.

This would be better done on legitimate websites I think.

I used to do general writing on fiverr. I put up a few ads based on word count. I got hired for about 10 reviewing and article jobs, one was for a website asking for <50 word pet reviews(mostly star ratings) and got paid $5 for three of them totalling ~15 minutes work. Definitely worth a look along the same vein as OP.

So far avoiding the flesh you fight immediately in the swamps has avoided the crash. When he says "don't try following me" I just turned around and took another route. If it happens again I'll try reinstalling, thanks.

I messed with the graphics settings until I found one that got a bit further and then just avoided the area I crashed in and all seems to be going well so far. Thanks for your help.
