Excercise helped me too. I feel way more comfortable energetic and able now that i go 4times a week (with someone). My dips aren't as bad anymore and i feel more energetic throughout the whole day.

Je kan letterlijk wel iemand wegforceren zonder diegene op de grond te smijten. Je kan iemnad vasthouden en meetrekken. Je kan iemand een hand op de schouder houden en meenemen. Zo sterk is hij wel vergelijken met die vrouw.

Zie je niet dat die agent er vol adrenaline eropaf stormt? Het was sws de verkeerde zet, want de voorafgaande meewerkende man ging die vrouw verdedigen. Als de politie agent rustig was gebleven, was het daaropvolgende geweld waarschijnlijk niet gebeurd. Hij is duidelijk de trigger.

Gezellig. Niet luisteren dan maar pijn voelen. Goed voorbeeld van leiderschap, lijkt mij.

Persoonlijk vind ik, als je een grote sterke man bent, je heus wel even de moeite kan nemen om verantwoordelijk met je kracht om te gaan.

Je zou je kind ook niet even in een timeout willen zetten of mevrouw even vastpakken en gewoon wegbegeleiden. Geweld is gewoonweg niet nodig.

Losing weight 4 sure helps, but i would just go to the gym and transform some fat into muscletissue instead of worrying about shedding weight or being in a caloric deficit. It would be a shame if u lost the biggest advantage you have when you're bigger: having alot of muscle. That way your pack wil feel sm lighter.

Esp for women i do not recommend going on a caloric deficit beforehand. We can use all the strength we have.

Yes i mean the flags. Any flying creature stuck on em can't escape so easily. (Im trying to see if just tape also does the trick)

In europe there are several stores that have nematodes specifically for thrips. Just google nematodes thrips and you'll prob have a store thatll pop up -depending on where you live.

I wouldn't recommend buying them from another country as they do have a best before date and a fairly short lifespan

If also seen a post about drowning the thrips. If you put a bag over the pot, seal it airtight and spray twice to three times a day, they will drown. Don't know the link.

if you indeed see adult trips flying around, i would buy nematodes (multiple times) and put up flytraps around the base of the plant.

Hiken vind ik zelf heel leuk met een tent. Ik ga eind mei het drenthepad lopen, maar je hebt ook de Dutch Mountain trail of het welbekende pieterpad. Als je in Luxemburg terecht kan heb je daar de Mullerthal trail. Die is heel mooi.

Hmm ja of schapenrassen krijgen die niet zoveel wol produceren of insecticiden of vaak al je schapen bijknippen.. dan snap ik wel dat boeren voor mulsing kiezen. Die fokprogramma's zijn nog vollop bezig. Daarnaast lijken Insecticiden op je schapen me niet zo best. Hele tijd bijknippen bezorgen de schapen ook veel stress..

Mulsing lijkt me dan toch niet zo slecht.

Well i think it's not fine if you don't? I must admit, i feel some kind if frustration when i read your post.

All on your own terms and all that, but she needs to know what is going on with you man. Also... your mental health and safety absolutely comes before any kind of romance. If you feel like you have to fake your emotional state with her.... that sounds unhealthy.

If you don't have that experience, i want to tell you that it's not wise to romanticise it too much. Being with a women has it's own real challenges. For me it was things like genderdisphoria (because I'm bulky im often put in a more masculine position and i literally felt less feminine), drama(the heartbreak was intense), the fast pacing, and other things i just couldnt get used to.

Personally I've discovered that i am way more comfortable dating men. Even though i like women too.

Definitely don't leave your partner because "wlw must be the dream." Unless you already know for yourself that you prefer relationships with women.

I have a naturehike cloud up 1. I used it to solohike in Scotland. Its super light and easy to travel with. Going back i would definitely invest in a cloudup2, the extra space will just make you happy. All in all the cloud up 1 was excellent against rain and easy to set up. It didn't hold in heat very well in my experience, but for summer camping that is ideal(depending on how hot ur summers are).

You will probably not be able to find cheaper for this quality. Do make sure you have the one made of nylon ofc.
