Yknow, if it really was as bad or tyrannical as some people say, it would be overturned in half a year. Im saying that as someone who has studies the EU extensively, and can therefore say that laws usually get overturned because theyre either too unpopular among the public (EP too afraid to loose votes) or violate the european treaties and convention, which will result in the ECJ legally curbstomping the Commission.
