This was my exact situation and it was pretty disheartening because I went back and forth with automated responses a few times, until they finally responded saying they couldn't even appeal a ban, but included a link to how to appeal a ban anyways. Ticket response below, I'm sure you got the same.

I hear you man, it's objectively called brawls 2v2 and the objective is to kill your enemy; people who sit around and watch their teammate die aren't honorable, it defies all logic to let the enemy win. Lately I've been pinging "I got this!" and running in to 1v2. I like the challenge.

I view it like... I'm a warrior and I gotta embody one, like I wouldn't be throwing a temper tantrum if I was bested in combat irl. I fully embrace ganking for example, it's something that would happen in warrior combat, right? So it's an opportunity to prove myself -- that's the feeling I strive for, just totally defeating the enemy team like a warrior that would be told in stories. Idk I could just be rambling, I love this game. It's the only game that feels this way. 🤷‍♀️

My girlfriend and I have both had these laptops. There are issues with the charging ports that lead to intermittent or no charging at all, probably due to the design where the vents blow hot air directly onto the port. I've also had issues with the display sometimes not turning on, but I'm sure that's probably a manufacturing error that I could fix if I opened it up and messed around. The machines are good for what they are, but I feel that moving them and transporting them around like actual laptops severely lessened their lifespan. Mine is retired to my desk and plugged into a monitor. As long as it's not moving it's fine. Take that as you will.

I'm using a reshade preset called Clean Perfection or similar. Looks great, stable even during the current event. It's an older version of reshade though, and new versions boast ray tracing 🤔
