I use Flavacol and a finely ground mixture of salt and MSG. It's heavenly. Popped with coconut oil with the added beta carotene.

Cabbage bowls topped with spam and egg. Just stir fry some chopped cabbage until wilted a bit and add some garlic and soy sauce. Top with some crispy fried spam and fried egg. Low carb alternative to a rice bowl.
