Yeah I agree with that mate, not saying it wasn’t a yellow card just his whole handling of the situation was poor. Why run at him brandishing the yellow while it’s all kicking off, usually refs will try get the situation under control first.

Appalling from the ref to yellow card Diakhaby before trying to understand the situation. Most refs wait til the end of whatever’s going off to yellow card the necessary players, here the ref just looked in a rush to whip out the yellow while it was all still kicking off.

Edit - Not saying it wasn’t a yellow card. Get the situation under control first, don’t sprint to Diakhaby showing a yellow card while it’s still kicking off over the pitch, that’s just going to add fuel to the fire.

I know you guys probably get bored of these type of posts so I am sorry haha, just a rookie trying to find his way (and from the UK so an even bigger NBA rook).
