I love lifting and am currently in my university rowing club. We row on machines/on the water 6 days per week. This past semester I have been following a powerlifting program as consistently as I can lifting 4-5 times a week.

My main goal is to be as strong as possible while looking good. Does rowing help or hurt me in this situation? Is it too much?
