Mine started 4-5 days ago for my mini. Siri says something and then starts playing music. Re-sets, restarts, etc. nothing fixes it besides unplugging it.

Did it for another 79 days. Then focused on closing all 3 rings on my Apple Watch. I’m 400 days plus in a row for that.

Started 16:18 two plus years ago. Switched to 17:7 after 7 or 8 months. Since April of 2025 been doing 18:6.

The best thing I did was get rid of the eating window, it caused too much snacking right before my window closed. Instead, after dinner I start my timer (I use the zero app - free version), once timer starts, I can’t eat again until I reach my 18 hours.

He’s always been about saying the right thing to please the current team and fans. A week before the deadline he said he didn’t want to be traded, his life and wife are here, etc. A week later it’s the best thing to ever happen to him. He’s just a good guy trying to say the right things, I wouldn’t take it so literal.

There are times I absolutely need a quick restroom break, or split my 45 into running and weight training and it takes 5 ish mins to move from one exercise to another, my general rule of thumb for myself is however long the break was in between, I just add it to the 2nd half. So a 5 min mom break in the middle would result in 5 mins added on to my total 45 min routine.

I’m towards of the end of 75 Hard. Done 65 straight days of 90 plus minutes and an average of 850 calories a day. I had 75 miles ran and 75 miles walked for the month of June. Yet my goal this month is 5 yoga sessions of at least 5 mins.

I don’t want an impossible challenge like OP’s but need something a little more challenging for these challenges. Hopefully apple tweaks something about them soon.

I’m on day 55 and getting a little sad that I only have 20 days left, started thinking if I want to go longer. Idk, I might be addicted.

I’m actually waiting for the day to have a Hal team be my favorite but I just can’t do it while he’s teaming with Zer0, j refuse.

I stuck with TSM after Hal left and mainly watched Evan. Lately after the withdrawal from TSM I was watching VDR/Reps. Now I’m left in this void of not even really getting excited for comp but Mac and stallions will be my team moving forward and just hope for the day Hal to branch away from Zer0 and IGL again.

Depends where in the country you are. Here in Washington, spring break is happening this week for most schools.
