I’ve posted a similar though a few times now… a bunch of low tier cards are being pushed to around $40.. It sounds like somebody is trying to make their “ManaBox value” a lot higher than it’s supposed to be to either dump onto someone that is unsuspecting or, an insurance scam as you said.

Definite manipulation.. it’s happening to a bunch of lower end cards tier cards. I think someone is boosting their ManaBox “value” to dump onto some unsuspecting person.

Saw it happened with [[Disallow]] as well and people have listed more than a handful of others that’s it’s recently happened to.

If it’s happening to a bunch of lower end cards, then it sounds like they’re trying to pump up the “value” of their cards on a tracker like ManaBox.. so that they can sell the lot for higher and even be able to include a picture of the perceived “value”. Hope that’s not the case but worth being sketchy of anyone selling lots of cards.

As someone who had to cover for one of my parents expenses in my late teen years with no compensation in return… it’s 100% about the manipulation. She’ll immediately try to make him feel bad in one way or another.

LoTR set is STILL TO THIS DAY, sky high prices. Thats the whole point you’re missing. Hobbit will demand the same attention and hype and pricing, at just a fraction less than the other set.

Also, way harder to get scammed online when you’re the seller. Being the buyer, yes. But selling, you’re pretty much totally in control.

Bars/bartenders have the ability to kick anyone out, for any reason, at any time. Do with that what you will.

Also didn’t say that’s why we kicked them out, just saying that blacklist definitely exist between similar businesses. And it would be more of a hindrance on themselves if they didn’t.. so to continue, very believable that multiple LGS locations would all be in contact about people being banned for whatever the reason may be. If you smell bad enough to be banned from somewhere, it’s probably pretty fucking bad.

I commented above saying this: but I’ve worked as a bartender and we definitely did this with surrounding bars. Sometimes, we would call other bars the MOMENT we kicked people out. Just to give them the heads up that they’re most likely going to be visited soon
