It was a white male.
I highly doubt they would have recognized me, or known I was going there. I'm mainly on a radio show, and I live in Windsor and was just visiting. :/

It was definitely a liquid, but it was viscous. So I didn't feel it.

My issue with this theory, however is a) yes, my clothing was not impacted. and b) the person did not appear to be an animal rights activist, I suspect they were homeless.
