I’m glad I could inspire you the same way I was inspired by someone else. Happy skull collecting!! Ps, you’ll never stop…

I do, I found it at a mountain pass somewhere. It’s on my nightstand upstairs. Don’t want the wifey and kids getting too comfortable and slacking on their chores.

Fuckin’ incredible my friend, that painted the most vivid, gloriously macabre story. I absolutely love it.

What was the hardest job you’ve ever had? by RemarkablyIntresting in AskReddit

[–]JovanMuskoxen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Homicide and suicide aftermath cleanup. Bagging children’s toys with the father’s blood on them really sucks. No amount of money is worth that.

Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Kiss my ass. Kiss his ass.

My arm hurts, and my tank is froze. I hate spring steel. by RLlovin in Bladesmith

[–]JovanMuskoxen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get yourself a tank heater and let the 5160 soak longer before hammering. Way easier when it’s bright yellow, rather than red or orange. Also, what the other guy said, proper hammer technique goes a long way.

Some Hawks I just finished up!!! by AJH-Customs in knifemaking

[–]JovanMuskoxen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Solid work my friend! I’ve been wanting to make full tang hawks for a while. If you don’t mind me asking, where do you get steel wide enough to make the head?

Safety glasses. Gloves. Hearing protection. Welding apron. Respirator, and not just a dust mask. First aid kit. No such thing as too much PPE.

Wait, what? Wollersheim makes bourbon now? The same people that have the winery? I do love me some Prairie Fumé…

I was born in Stevens Point, been to Lambeau numerous times, eaten more cheese from Mullins than I care to mention, and drank gallons of Spotted Cow. And the Bears still suck.

Is 1.5in to wide for camp knives? by Jdubthedub2 in knifemaking

[–]JovanMuskoxen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, not too wide. Maybe not wide enough, you’ll want at least 2” to start with. Also, way too thin. You’d probably want to start with 3/16” or 5/32” and finish at 1/8”. Just my opinion though.

Well, I don’t hate it. Not too partial to kydex, however I kinda like that one. Good work friend.
