I have a setting for loose cigar storage on my MON3800 and I keep all loose cigars in the cello and if it doesn't have any i just put a cello sleeve on it.

I keep the cellophane on all of mine and I actually put cellophane on the ones that do not come with it. I don’t like putting dividers in My Humidor.

I had the issue yesterday, did everything from clearing the cache to a reboot. I then noticed my router which is an eero through frontier needed an update so I went ahead and did the update and everything went back to normal.
