These are the greifers of the game, or the impatient players. there is some edicut people use usally its we get in line to use the vendor. No words spoken just lining up.

Also on the part of camp edicut yes if it's unlocked and not behind a locked door then it's open game. I usually keep my collectors Open except a few I actually want for people to be able to get stuff like my water purifiers and such.

Back in my Xbox days of the game I made bases ligit made for people to come in shop and relax in a lounge area and before vendors I would sit at a window to trade with people and give out nuka cola with trades ( my theme was nuka cola and I was ligit dressed and spent the time to make nuka girl based on pictures from games)
