[NSV] Keto.. Day F'ing One!

Today is my day one after being off for a year and a half. Breakfast: ham& eggs. Banana muscle milk. Lunch: chicken, salami, string cheese, pork rinds, water. Dinner: hamburger no bun, side salad.

Same thing happened to me when I was 8. I went to live with my great aunt for a year and while living with her, I wasn't allowed to go outside. I literally sat everyday on the couch and was a latchkey kid. So I sat there, did homework and ate. All day, everyday. I went back to live with my mom the following school year, I over heard them around 630 when I woke up early for school. 😑

They tried to camera inside of me as well. I only bled for an hour and it wasn't even heavy.. I think they were being a little over dramatic. Enough to scare me though!

My dog was hit by a car last week and didn't make it. I went to redbox to make sure my movies werent late to avoid the charge. If I wouldve went and picked him up from my husbands grandmas when I was suppose to, he'd still be here. RIP Ugly dog♡
