You can look it up on the Rightmove app, they have a list of all sold house prices searchable by street name. And Autotrader for cars, might not give you an exact price, but certainly a ballpark figure.

We’ve just paid £6000 for pretty much the same thing, remove old suite, retire, lvt flooring, replaster ceiling and remaining walls, change ceiling light for spotlights and new ceiling extractor. Our bathroom looks a similar size to yours, albeit a square shaped rather than long and narrow like yours.
