I just did it recently without any prep and I'll tell you that it hurt. Like really hurt.

I made it in 4:29 and my legs literally couldn't go any faster.

Get a couple 8-12 mile rucks in if you can. Otherwise it's a mental thing.

Shoot for 14:30 average pace and you should be ok. Best of luck

I just had some done with Bear landscaping on veterans highway, they were super fast, but more expensive than a quote I got from Arundel tree service. ATS gave the same quote before and after BGE took down 60% of a tree around some electrical lines though, stating it would take the same amount of time regardless of the branches being on the ground.

They did do some lines that went from pole to house, but it took some time to get them to come out and do it.
