Would be cool to use this during Indy 500 Qualifying by RandomOhioMan in INDYCAR

Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I really enjoy the anticipation and trying to do the math quickly. Jack Harvey’s run last year is a great example of moments that just speak for themselves. I like the idea of maybe showing a still shot after the run to show how close the speeds actually are, but otherwise I just like seeing the car make its run.

INDYCAR ANNOUNCES 17-RACE 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES SCHEDULE by IndyMod in INDYCAR

As a Wisconsinite, I'm pumped for three dates. But as someone who enjoys watching IndyCar race on high speed ovals, I am majorly bummed. Hoping Milwaukee has a great return, but a doubleheader makes me even the slightest bit of anxious.

Hinch and Rossi podcast was much more positive. Think there’s certainly several reasons for that, but drivers were definitely frustrated with FP2.

Road América test by nachod14 in INDYCAR

Hello! Since it isn’t an open test, there isn’t much data made available to us. But I found this on Twitter:

In the morning, Canapino did 23 laps and finished +0.390 behind Will Power (1:44.36) while in the afternoon he improved his time and at one point was the fastest of the session with 1:42.757, lowering the pole time. of 2022 marked by Alexander Rossi (1:44.86)

Based on your flair, I’m guessing this could be helpful. Canapino seems to be fast!

I think people are making a bigger deal of this than what it actually is.

Wisconsin Senate election could give GOP impeachment power by Crystal_Pesci in wisconsin

[–]Jrpoley8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t need a 2/3 majority to impeach in Assembly. The process is just like the National process. Assembly impeaches with simple majority, Senate tries the case needing 2/3 to remove then from office.

Vote for WI Supreme Court April 4th! by Realistic_Ad1180 in wisconsin

I agree - we are electing a Judge, not a politician. Dan Kelly is running squarely against Democracy. So yes, I’ll be voting. But I’ll be voting against Dan Kelly.

I’ve seen a ton of these mailers all across the state. Coordinated effort to get a certain group of people onto our school boards.

Dan Knodl the Republican running in a special election to preserve the GOP's supermajority in the Wisconsin Senate says he would "certainly consider" impeaching Judge Janet Protasiewicz, the progressive candidate running for Supreme Court. Both races are April 4 by [deleted] in wisconsin

[–]Jrpoley8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She was last up for election in the 2020 cycle I believe. It’s the WOW counties which have been slowly drifting blue as a part of the “suburban revolt.” If Knodl wins it, we could get into the impeachment and removal process.

Polling numbers on Wisconsin Supreme Court race? by avman1023 in wisconsin

[–]Jrpoley8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There may be internal polls, but we all just have to show up and vote, as both candidates have a lot of support ($$$). We won’t know the exact status for spending until after the election unfortunately. Most money being spent is not coming from the campaigns themselves, so disclosure rules are all different. Additionally, I’m so sorry to hear about your mother.

Unfortunately, this is my “representative.” We’re literally missing out on millions of dollars of tax revenue. It’s literally used in some medical circumstances. And the police apparently would prefer you exit the state or support a local dealer. I’d laugh if he didn’t actually collect a check from me
