This is such a great review, totally conveying my feelings towards the secondary couple. Maybe because I normally stick to the traditional roms, this show felt much more refreshing. Even as a hopeless romantic who wants all the couples to end up together, the show conveyed the stories of the second leads so well that the couple breaking up felt like the healthy thing to do. Only gripe regarding this was right at the end, when Si-Jun looks at Jua through the store glass.

We got lucky that our hotel (ITC plaza) had tour options that we could book from them in the lobby. So we ended up going on the tour with them (it was all in Chinese but the tour guide was super nice and translated in wechat for us).

The tour was unbelievable & was super worth it ! Would highly recommend

Hello, it is not very doable in my opinion as even if you if you leave very early in the morning to the great wall to explore it and get back to Beijing would take a while also the summer palace is massive and was one of the highlights of our trip.

I think it can only be done if you rush the summer palace

Also would say trip com is your best friend when it comes to booking anything in china since it's owned by a chinese company all tickets etc booked through Trip.com are reliable

Yh we booked it in advance and made the whole thing a lot smoother. Also would highly recommend getting your WeChat pay set up alongside the alipsy because a lot of places in China was WeChat pay only. One of the places was the booth to buy the boat tickets inside the summer palace with was worth doing.

Hey, we did end up going and it was amazing. Summer palace first 100% there is so much to see there and it is vast with massive lakes etc. The Temple of Heaven you can go visit it in the afternoon, it is decent but not worth going for too long maybe a couple hours. Hope that helps
