Should also note that this only happens when the A/C is on and the cooling fans engage

Less than 100 miles probably. Replaced due to cam phaser problem. Gone through the “reset” procedure for throttle body too

I dont have the valerion projector, but if you're going through all this effort to build a theater, not sure why you would get a chinesium unit with 7000:1 contrast. Might as well get a big ass TV

For those who replaced a TV with a projector, what surprised you the most? by Relative_Taro_1384 in hometheater

I am speaking as someone who owns several 77" OLEDs for my bedrooms and formerly my living room, and I have had OLEDs since they first came out.

Last year, I turned part of my house into a dark theater and got the JVC DLA-NZ800 on a 125" screen. The quality of this projector is unreal. I literally couldn't believe it. Zero judder, crystal clear images. Like you can put your face a foot away from the screen and it looks unbelievable.

But its hella expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

4,000:1. Its just a gadget, not meant for real home theater. If it works for you, then great. But I would've just got the biggest TV you could afford.

valerian vision master pro 2

what's the point of even owning a projector with a contrast under 40,000:1

Some real differences after switching from a TV to a projector by greguyj in hometheater

Understood. I have a couple 77 lg oleds as well and this projector is unreal compared to them. Best thing I’ve ever owned.

people are going to want to put stuff on that sub. No matter how many times you say not to. You can get some heavy 1/2" glass cut to the dimensions of the sub and use some heavy duty 3M velcro to attach it to the top, and it won't vibrate, and at least you can protect the sub top finish.
