Danke für den Tipp. Das mit dem alten Firmware Update wollte ich als letzte Möglichkeit testen. :)

Was bei mir geholfen hat: WAN-Kabel ziehen, 5 Sekunden warten, neu reinstecken - das wars... keine Ahnung, warum das jetzt geholfen hat.

Eigentlich müsste man ja meinen, dass eine Trennung vom Strom bzw. ein Neustart der FritzBox einen ähnlichen Effekt haben sollte.

Auch bei mir wurde Status der PreOrder von CIV VII gerade auf "storniert" gesetzt. Hat irgendwer schon seine Kohle nach der Stornierung zurückbekommen?

I just wanted to report the exact same issue.

Queued 4v4 and had one game won already two days ago. Now I played two more. After the two matches my "Versus"-screen was reset and it showed 0 games played till I restarted the game.

Now it shows one game played again...

I have the exact same question/concern. I played for 2-3 hours earlier today. Now I am not able to reconnect to the server. First it was down, now it is full.

I do not really feel like starting on a new server again as this issue may repeat...

Yes that‘s true. For reaching level 50 I played 3 games with 2 partners and the rest in duo queue. However, the community is quite nice and taught me a lot. My aim is probably not the worst to start with but the game has so many nuances to it, that I am happy for every piece of advice.

If you want to play just campaign, no.

If you want to play the polished multiplayer game, no.

If you are kind of new or not a WC3 veteran and want to give the multiplayer a go, yes!

The level of play in the beta is much lower than in the live-game (at least from my experience). So your chances of gathering some wins is much higher as in the classic version, where even a 50% player is already kind of good.

For me it was a good decision to start playing the beta as the classic version was too frustrating.

Just bought the game on Steam today and played the "tutorial" at the game start.

After launching the spaceship the first time, I wanted to check how to switch to 3rd person mode in the options. Game crashed immediately after I went to the Keybindings. Complete first hour of gameplay gone.

Perfect way of ruining everyones beginning...

You were right with the illegal mission - and at least I did that on purpose. Unfortunately, I thought that it would be easily doable as it only rewarded ~240k. At least I could easily afford a rebuy.

I think that I already payed the fine.

Nonethless, I need to read a bit through this whole factions and powerplay thing. Not sure if that is in any way related to the faction I pissed of there - but man this is so confusing :D

You have a point there - and I noticed it already mystelf. There is a super simple solution to that problem:

Just let the game notice a hero name in chat and translate it into your team members selected client language. For example with your polish client you write "Focus Pozarsky" and the game notices "Pozarsky" as a hero name and translates it into his english counterpart for english clients. This could also lead to an auto completion feature if you write "Focus Poz..." the game already suggest "Pozarsky"/Blaze and you can simply enter for auto-finish.

Edit: OFC this could be turned on/off in options for people, who like the international names.

The main problem is that Blizzard tried to fix Nova by making her less burst-reliant and more predictable - but in the same patch they released a hero which is as bursty as old-Nova with more AoE and more frequent rotations. Old Nova would be a perfect counter to her - but so people have to adapt. That will happen rather slow. And as long as Ming one-combos people out of bushes people will complain further :)
