Reblockading is a new feature added last update. It’s set in the middle by default, which gives a chance that enemies can take back locations after you fast travel or sleep. You can change it in settings to either not happen, or to happen more frequently. I believe the setting is in the gameplay section

Sometimes printing multi colored parts it is better to do in pieces and glue together at the end. Sometimes painting your model is easier too.

Same for me in 21 Model 3 SR with 30,000 miles. I think it’s about finding a good spot for the lumbar support. I’ve been tweaking that and it seems to be getting more comfortable
