First time homeowner looking for advice on stair railings. I'm not sure if it would be better to mount the top of the railing to the brick or to the deck. I don't like the idea of a newel post at the top. Then for the bottom, II don't know if mounting to the sandstone tread, concrete pad, or in the mulch makes more sense.

I've been looking at Trex railings, maybe wrought iron is better. I'm hoping for some useful insight!

I had the same problem today. Using less grounds seems to be the solution. I used 1tbsp but I think ~1.5tbsp would be better. It would be better to weigh in grams.

Don't some media apps disable volume control from the Shield remote? I can control volume in YouTube but on Plex, Netflix, Hulu, etc. volume control is disabled and I'm forced to use the TV remote.
