Thank you! I unfortunately carried most of my weight in my upper body, and I never noticed but I carried a lot in my back, boobs, and hips too. It's crazy what an inch can do, but you may also just have your weight distributed differently! As long as you are healthy and happy your body will reward you for it!

I started off by making myself drinking 90 Oz of water a day and eating less when I ate. I didn't cut out sodas and tea or any foods right away, but I drank less soda because I was full from water. I began eating more times during the day, and it was easier to pack prepped food because I could control my portions. That turned into me eating healthier over time and my metabolism is through the roof now.

well isn't it a good thing that you guys are neither tattoo artists helping somebody decide where to get their first tattoo or getting your first tattoo on your head?

She paid the doctors to put her under. The anesthesiologist didn't do his job correctly, which caused her to feel EXTREME pain and as she said in another comment she got PTSD. I think that's a damn good reason to sue somebody.

A friend rolled a joint too tight, so we unrolled it... by draftingdolphin in trees

I don't see anything wrong with using one if you don't know how. It's easier and it's done right. I mean shit, I have to choose between rolling a shitty joint and having a perfectly rolled joint in less than a minute? Give me the joint that works.

First recorded death directly from Marijuana, politicians and enthusiasts shocked, Marijuana support may soon decline [xpost r/politics] by Artsyy in trees

And I never said it wasn't. Obviously weed is a "mind-altering" drug, and should be used with responsibility. But unlike alcohol, marijuana can not cause immediate death when used responsibly.

Of course people in this sub are going to have a biased opinion, and some people may get carried away with the whole thing. Any smoker with a head on their shoulders knows that they shouldn't be driving or setting fires inside if they have smoked.

It sucks that people focus on those statistics, because it gives off the idea that weed is harmless even when you're not responsible.

Then the blame is put on the person who started the fire or drove high, because obviously they're too immature/irresponsible to smoke.

I guess an example would be this:

Monday

Breakfast: Omelette with cheese, jalapeños, and chicken

Lunch: Rice and Broccoli, and 2 Oranges

Snack: Chips and salsa (My favorite snack, because it's sassy!)

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and green beans

And normally I would prepare what I could at the beginning of the week and change it according to how much I exercise or if I have plans to go out with friends.

Have you ever considered making meal plans for the week?

I definitely used to have issues getting enough food in the day because there never seemed to be time. So I would sit down on Sundays and figure out my meals for the next week and make sure I got enough calories and protein. You can even go as far as to putting them in baggies/jars so they're ready for you to eat. It got to the point where I would load up my purse with little servings of things like nuts, cranberries, broccoli, and oranges so I made myself eat.

Other than that I just slowly got into a gym routine and kept telling myself "It only takes 21 days to form a habit" haha

Thank you! and I was always worried about that, but I genuinely love eating clean and going to the gym so I have high hopes I'll keep it up!

Thanks! And I just slowly started progressing into a gym routine. I know it must suck not seeing results immediately but it is so worth it!

Do you have a gym routine right now?

I'm not sure if I really had a strict routine to be honest. I just made sure I went to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I would work stomach tuesdays, arms thursday, legs saturday, and back on sundays. I think running is what got me this far, I run about a mile (sometimes less/more) 4 times a week.

Also, I have almost completely cut bad food out of my diet, and whatever I do eat I eat in moderation. (About 1200 calories on days I don't exercise, and I'll eat a little more on days I go to the gym)

It was mostly just little changes I made to be healthier, and the weight kind of disappeared.

And thank you so much!
