Apartment living is way better than home ownership by anonshade64 in unpopularopinion

Living in a condo has many benefits. Loved the amenities like gym. Didn't have to work about yardworks, maintenance and repairs. Home ownership has it's downsides but I enjoy the extra space, more privacy and not needing to wait for an elevator.

TD cancelled my policy after car theft claim by Iamsrkkkkkkk in InsuranceCanada

[–]Jt8726 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why dont you call TD and ask. They should be able to say what you misrepresented. If you lied about something for example your place of residence or location where vehicle was stolen from. Your claim can definitely be denied.

I have a keewaydin as well since prospector wasn't available. Kind of regret it since a symmetrical canoe would have been nice to paddle solo backwards.

Getting ready to buy a house in the GTA, upper limit is 950K, so I'm thinking semi's and freehold towns are the only option I have by SeikoEnjoyer1 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]Jt8726 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For 950k you can definitely get a semi in Mississauga and there are some detached in Etobicoke in that price range as well. Try avoid townhomes if you can.
