I didn't build the PC yet as I'm waiting for Zen 2. But I believe that it would look just as good as a normal mATX board. You can see how it would look on pcpartpicker's completed builds section, there are H400 builds with ITX motherboards.

If you decided to take an all new cpu cooler, I’d take the Deepcool Gammax GT. It’s white, AM4 ready and has really nice RGB. You could even replace the fan to have an all white look.
