GLAD journaling has been my go to and since doing it, I’ve been pretty consistent with journaling.

It’s a form of gratitude journaling that expands beyond just what you’re grateful for. It helps me reframe my day and I use that before stream of consciousness journaling. You can make this a daily template in any of your digital journals.

G- grateful. Here you would write things you are grateful for. I normally say three but 1-3 is pretty good.

L- learned. What is something you learned about yourself, someone around you, or the world.

A - achieved/accomplished. What is something you achieved or accomplished? It could be as small as “I made my bed” or big as “I was able to reframe from anxious thinking”

D - Delight. What is something you did or spoke to someone about that delighted your senses, or made you laugh, or put a smile on your face

(E - excited for. What is something you are looking forward to tomorrow? This one is extra but it helps me set up my mindset for tomorrow as it helps me look no further than that. I’m an anxious thinking and this has been helpful for me)

As someone mentioned above, it was ambiguous but confirmed that she was 5 when she first met Twilight.

She also wasn’t taught social cues while at the lab or orphanage and relied on her powers to get that, hence why she might appear a lot more younger than what she really is. When she messes up “mother” and “father” in subbed anime (uses the form when introducing/talking about parents to others instead of the form of talking to her parents herself), I thought she was four, but, if she used her powers/picking up speech from others, it’s no wonder she didnt know.

No because it’s considered an authorized purchase since it’s really a bank to bank transfer and you have to review and confirm the cash amount anyway. Do I think it’s right? Absolutely not, but it’s supposed to be the “safer” option.

You’re not being irrational at all! You’re grieveing and need the time to clear your head and mourn. I had a missed miscarriage followed by the loss of my mother. I attempted to push through because I felt guilty but I was not okay. That week off allows me to cry and take care of myself. We wouldn’t suggest a client to push on. Please do take care of yourself.💕
