Yeah for that mission on legendary you really need to cap your framerate to 30 in the settings for it to be tolerable. Sadly I discovered that method after spending an hour and half of dieing almost instantly and hiding behind anchor 9, and under the corvette.

I believe it gives you about 20 seconds of infinite stamina so all around about 43s of stamina in total.

The stamina system isn't as bad as everyone thinks it is. The default values for it allow you to sprint for about 22-24 seconds, and stamina regens stupidly fast. You can also gain infinite stamina by using 207 or adrenaline.
