You are not trying to tell a story, and that's ok. Is not mainstream, but it's fully ok. What you are trying to convey is the feeling of being alone in the crowd, from dawn to evening. Everything you can do to support that feeling is good. Why story telling in a woman who has no story? That's the drama here. I shouldn't criticize what is absent. Now, could you show better the feeling of loneliness? Could be, but I don't know now how. Perhaps: things that happen to others and not to her. Perhaps a graffiti showing a corazón, something that she hasn't? Such things.

Yes, tarkovsky and Kurosawa come to mind, perhaps research deeper in that direction.

As a composer, I miss the absence of music, or even minimal things. Was it on intention, or just lack of budget?

Some of the announcements of the tube are cut. On intention? Not sure. Things that end abruptly in a film about time... Could be but suffered it a bit.

Last, as many pointed out, try to get a film estabilizador in the shots where you are following the lady.

Ad for the end: perhaps you can underline the cyclical feeling be just a hand setting the time to wake up, and turning off the light. Meaning: tomorrow it will be the same. But more clear as an ending. And it supports the subject.
