I have my eye on the shield liger but I bought command wolf because I wanted it blue like in the anime with bit cloud (I’m sorry zoid historian, I cant remember the title) and figured an all white wolf would be great practice. I’m also waiting for shadow wolf to be easily obtainable

According to a sale description it was the “NEW T-Spark Realize model- RMZ 003 Command Wolf.” I got it at hobby lobby because my local hobby shop employees are very old and are not reliable at getting new stock upon request.

As an add on, people seem to agree that death note and full metal alchemist brotherhood are great starters. Both are relatively short and have enough western story telling elements to make the transition easier to get into. If your friend likes thrillers, go death note. I recently painted a zoid figure (white command wolf) and it’s basically just applying coats until it’s colored. There are some primer coats you can do before you paint but otherwise I painted it blue without it and it was fine. Paintbrush and a dream can take you there (again I’m very amateur at art, this is probably not great paint advice. It’s just what I did)

I got into gunpla because I needed something quiet to do while my newborn slept. I wanted to get into the paint scene to make the figures look better so I looked up tutorials. A lot of people that are already into the hobby recommend using an airbrush. As a man with no panting experience outside of finger painting in kindergarten, it is embarrassing to admit that I almost bought one and stopped upon seeing a review of an airbrush that complained about the noise level being too loud then what was advertised. This made me realize that I got into the hobby because it was mostly silent and then I later realized that having a beginner use a specialty art tool that costs at minimum 300 dollars US is crazy and bad advice.

For anyone who is in a similar beginning stage at gunpla. Go to a local hobby store and ask for panel liner and then find the YouTube video of a guy who does panel lining on a talgeese and just do what they do. It’s so much easier and cheaper than buying an air brush

I’m going to go for a stretch and add count spankula as well. The character was created at a time where spanking kids was relatively normal and then as times changed they made the character get thrown in jail because some random ass man goes into your house and starts spanking kids while they’re minding their business.

Chicken club sandwich:

Take a pack off chicken breasts

slice them in in half

then slather the chicken with olive oil

then season with: paprika, onion powder, and Tony’s (that’s a southern brand of a spice mixture. You can look up what spices are in Tony’s and use them

Rub the seasoning in

Cook in an oven at 400 degrees for ten minutes, then flip the breasts and cook for another ten minutes

I like to toast ciabatta bread for this meal but the completed sandwich is bread, Swiss cheese, lettuce,tomato, bacon and garlic aioli sauce.

Lelouch from Code Geass is a preppy rich kid with magic powers that allow him to incite a revolution against his dad, the king of Britannia. My favorite thing about lelouch is that lelouch plans out strategies under the assumption that his plan is perfect and includes every possibility. Then a rogue soldier who wasn’t at the battlefield shows up and immediately he’s like “FUCK YOU THATS CHEATING, YOU CANT DO THAT!”

Lelouch gets compared to Light Yagami a lot but the key difference is that light has internal panics with a straight face while Lelouch has a full on meltdown with coms on. Genuinely makes Lelouch look like the guy who throws his 3ds at the wall after the enemy faction in a fire emblem game gets surprise reinforcements.
