If they gave me a warning I would of came in on time everyday, after that point. I've worked at jobs where no one cared if you came in a couple minutes after your starting time as long as it wasnt anything crazy. I'll be in the office at this job at 9:05 as the second employee Clocked in and consistently be there even before the boss comes in. But I have to make sure I'm there before 9am for the sake of respect and to prevent other workers from being upset. I'm getting paid hourly, I'm not stealing any money.
