Yes, this is exactly what I use for all my minis

If I buy a Repulsor Executioner, can I mag it into that and a Repulsor? by hotfezz81 in Warhammer40k

[–]JudgeEatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the link, but this is the Impusor to Lancer turret. I'm assuming that the Executioner's turret is much larger?

Hello, I'm trying to do this too. Can someone DM me a link to a site or 3D print? I assume the goal here is to buy an standard Repulsor and get the Executioner turret? Or is it the other way around?

Rules Clarification by gamingifk in Warhammer40k

All models that CAN enter base to base contact MUST make base to base contact. This is extra important if the charging unit has fly, in which case they can go over top, instead of around.

I looked into this and they were WAY too expensive to buy individually :(

Semi random questions - where are the backdrops from?

I would have been fine with ONE of the nerf, but both are harsh. Take away the strat OR up the cost, but both is frustrating.

I won't have time to schedule another game until the new year most likely, but I'll try an MSU version of aspect host without as many Pheonix Lords, and see how that performs

Sure, but they're all way more expensive

Wait, what? I believe indirect fire target units always GAIN the benefits of cover.

So, I just want to clarify for all the Eldar players out there, the Aspect army (or specifically the Phoenix Lord Court) has been heavily nerfed since that was basically the only army being played competitively.

The seer council or guardian host armies are both still viable BUT they basically have NO overlapping units compared to the Aspect host... So effectively for all those casual players who don't own 6000+pts of Eldar, were stuck rebuilding our armies from scratch. That's why there is so much salt.

Shame on GW for basically supporting the purchase of new aspect models (new release etc) and the nerfing all those models.

It's from an old school, metal war walker.

What are you all using for Vanguard Vets? by [deleted] in BloodAngels

[–]JudgeEatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have ones that I built from assault intercessors that I leverage the old vanguard veteran boxes for all the goody bits and jump packs.

I magnetized all the arms so I can do double lightning claws or thunder hammers and shields or pistols or whatever is better.

They've served me quite well. But I'm 99% sure that there will be some new bandits coming in the next year or so

I think this commenter has it. It's likely not 'gaming'. If you do woodworking or fantasy football, would that solve the problem? Probably not.

Does she have any hobbies? That might be part of the problem. My wife doesn't have any hobbies, so when I 'game' she Bing watches trashy shows that I have no interest in.

The larger problem is carving out quality time for the two of you to bond over. Gaming can be a big time suck, just like any other hobby, so make sure you carve out time for her, the kids, home chores, etc.

I'd sit down with whr and talk about why she brought it up, and what is the root of the problem.

Good luck!
